Citrix Printer Problems
Users can't print on Citrix, but can from the local workstation
Solution:
- Ask the user to log out
- Log in to the specific server as administrator
- Open a DOS box
- Issue the command:
- Net stop spooler
- Delete all print jobs in c:\winnt\system32\spool
- Go to Start - Configuration - Printers
- Delete all printers automatically created by the user with the problem
- Open a DOS box
- Issue the command:
- Net start spooler
- Ask the user to log in again
