Solution:

• Ask the user to log out
• Log in to the specific server as administrator
• Open a DOS box
• Issue the command:
  • Net stop spooler
• Delete all print jobs in c:\winnt\system32\spool
• Go to Start - Configuration - Printers
  • Delete all printers automatically created by the user with the problem
• Open a DOS box
• Issue the command:
  • Net start spooler
• Ask the user to log in again
